Message Notes

Dear Church Family,

Each week when I write this short note I wonder if anyone actually reads it or if we need to use this bulletin space a little more wisely.

Let me just say WOW! If you were here last Sunday and stayed long enough you experienced, or at least had the opportunity to experience a real powerful touch of God's presence.

Even though I am not normally a highly emotional person I felt it very hard to even stand in His presence.

This week we will be continuing our series: A People Prepared. Our sermon will be entitled: A People Prepared For His Power. One thing that almost always follows God's presence is his power.

Now it is hard to compare God to any human, because the illustration will break down quickly. But, just like any dad, when his child or grandchild is excited about his presence, he always then wants to follow with his power, which with God shows up in healing, signs and wonders.

Though last Sunday may have been a little strange to some people, God's presence is always good and brings lasting peace. Keep searching for His presence.
