EBC Breakfast - starts at 9:15 am and EBC classes start at 9:45 am every Sunday. There are four rotations of four weeks in duration. This gives everyone a chance to go through all four different EBC classes. The following is the planned menu for the four rotations.

2. Second Rotation: Breakfast Burritos

3. Third Rotation: Biscuits & Gravy

4. Fourth Rotation: Pancakes & Bacon

Cereal, fruits, juices vary with each rotation.
